Ro-Tap sieve shaker is a mechanical device that uses tapping and circular motion to separate particles by size through stacked sieves for accurate analysis.
Model Number : NI-RS-201
Compliance Standard : IS 5461-1984
Description :- The instrument is used to perform particle size analysis of metal powders such as iron, nickel, aluminium, brass, cobalt, managanese, titanium and other equivalent samples. During sieving material is subjected to horizontal movement which causes a relative movement between the particle and sieve. Depending upon sizes individual particles either pass through the sieve or are retained on the surface of the sieve. A set of standard test sieves confirming to IS 460(Part-1)-1978 shall be used for analysis. The sieve assembly is then fastened on a plate with a knob and the machine is rotated for 15 min. or more depending upon the application.
The Instrument is supplied with the following :-
Dimensions :- L=24”(61cm) x W=24”(61cm) x H=35”(89cm)
Weight :- 80-850Kgs
Shipping Details :-
Dimensions :- L=30”(76cm) x W=32”(82cm) x H=40”(102cm)
Weight :- 110-120 Kgs
